The Long Island Central Pine Barrens, a forest in the eastern part of Long Island, is the site of another gruesome discovery, more human bones, according to the Huffington Post.

Authorities estimate that the bones, the latest of 11 sets of remains found in recent years, had been there for about five years; there was a tree growing through the remnants of the body bag.

Authorities aren't sure how many of the deaths are murders and how many of those murders are related; it's evidently a popular stomping ground for body dumpers. Only one of the bodies, that of Jessica Taylor, a prostitute, has ever been identified.
